Regular Business Meeting on April 2, 2009

Thursday April 2, 2009 will be Dundee Lodges regularly stated business meeting. Lodge will open at 7:30pm to handle lodge business.  We will also be receiving the District Deputy Grand Master for his official visit, during his visit we will be judged for the Lodge Competition.

The competition will cover opening 1st Degree, 2nd Degree, and 3rd Degree, receiving the District Deputy Grand Master, and closing on the 3rd Degree short form.   All officers are required to attend for this meeting.  If you can not attend please let Worshipful Master Ed Fuller, or Senior Warden Chad Chen know ASAP so we can find replacements for your position.  Any brothers who are familiar with our rituals should be in attendance in case of any unforeseen situations, such as sickness or distress, it would be nice to have a backup for any of the chairs.

Dinner will be served by the Junior Warden (Brother Chad Lacek) at 6:30.

Our Junior Warden, Brother Chad Lacek, is going to prepare a hearty meal of meatloaf, mashed potatoes & gravy, and sweet corn so that we can take first place with a full stomach. Dinner will be served starting at 6:00pm.

Because the ground is so wet and sloppy we will not park on the grass in front of the lodge for while.  We have limited parking in back and these places are to be reserved for our more senior brothers.  There is parking across the street in the shopping center, and street parking on Ball Ave directly south of the lodge.
