Regular Business Meeting on June 5, 2008

Thursday June 5, 2008 will be Dundee Lodges regularly stated business meeting. Lodge will open at 7:30pm to handle lodge business. This meeting is important as it will involve the proposed new By-Laws for Dundee Lodge. If you are interested in what is happening at Dundee Lodge it is suggest you attend this meeting as there will be changes upcoming in the By-Laws. The Dundee Lodge By-Laws have not been revised or updated for quite sometime and need to be to conform with the Grand Lodge.

The By-Law committee has been working hard for sometime to get this done and they deserve a big thank you for getting this ready for a lodge vote. If the changes they propose are acceptable at Thursday nights meeting then notification will be made to the membership and a vote taken to accept these By-Laws will be held at the July 17, 2008 meeting.
